From the start, Norm reached out to us by phone and made sure we were well taken care of. This place embodies snake oil sales. DO NOT BUY YOUR FIRST RV HERE! As a first time RV buyer there were several problems with my RV which they told me were fine. One: an over head vent lid did not close properly and the person who went through my unit told me "it was fine" and due to my lack of knowledge of how these things work I believed the person. Turns out, that since it doesnt close properly that lets in road noise every time I drive and I would imagine it leaks in water whenever it is windy. I didn't notice this broke... read more
