My wife and I stopped in at Frazerway on Stoneyplain Rd and spoke to the gentleman in the parts department. He was one of the most helpful person I have dealt with in quite along time. Wish I would’ve got his name because the dealership should know what a great asset the gentleman is to the dealership.
After our RV was broken into and the entry door was pried open with a crowbar, Fraserway RV handled the repair. The door itself was eventually replaced, but the hinge alignment and frame issues were never fully corrected. The hinges were installed with oversized screws that prevented the door from closing properly, and the misalignment later caused the screen‑door hinge leaf to break.
