I went in earlier today as the jack on the front of the trailer was not working (the trailer was at home because I couldn’t manually crank it up to put on the vehicle). The staff were super good to troubleshoot options with me. At the end they decided the motor was faulty and gave me a new jack under warranty. I was super impressed with the way they handled things and they were also very supportive with helping me with the install. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend them.
This place is a Rip Off! Service Department is Horrible!! We purchased a brand new trailer from here. We also purchased the extra warranty insurance for $3500. only because we were told it covered things like our fridge, slide, jacks etc.. and apparently nothing is covered under it! Don’t fall for their scam. They misrepresent the extended warranty.
