This place is a Rip Off! Service Department is Horrible!! We purchased a brand new trailer from here. We also purchased the extra warranty insurance for $3500. only because we were told it covered things like our fridge, slide, jacks etc.. and apparently nothing is covered under it! Don’t fall for their scam. They misrepresent the extended warranty. We took our trailer in because we had a few issues and also a question about our fridge- light was yellow all the time whether on shore power or propane. We thought it was suppos... read more
If I could give them a 0 I would. I’ve bought 2 trailers from them and what a mistake. Terrible service with very rude people and stay far away from Keystone Trailers.
