Aubrey the Sales Manager has been 200% helpful. I will definitely buy my next Trailer there.. and refer others also. Like most Service departments .. yours need some customer appreciation and courtesy training..
The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way. And when a mistake was made they corrected it quickly.

He attended to us in all the details of our process, from the trade-in to the new trailer walk-through and hand over, plus extras like table, spare tire and back camera installations. So I purchased the extended warranty with my tv 2 yrs ago and the fridge died. So the fridge was discontinued. So had to replace with a similair one . They were 2 dif sizes and there had to be some modifications to the panelling around the fridge. Well the warranty company stated “ We don’t cover that”. What a bunch of crap how is it covered if it’s similair but not covering the cost of the modification. Don’t get the extended warranty
