Be careful, know what the repair charges will be especially if it's warranty work on a unit Fraserway did not sell. You will need to pay upfront and collect from the manufacturer who will only pay wholesale prices. Fraserway RV charged me full retail on warranty repairs. the manufacturer Dometic only pays the wholesale repair price. Fraserway RV is well aware of this policy. Cost me $350.00 because they charged me retail price.
