Very kind and caring staff, clean space, fear-free practices. Although a bit more expensive than other clinics/hospitals, it's worth knowing you'll be getting the best care and service! I brought one of my dogs to another nearby hospital since he was limping. They wanted surgery right away which was $5k. When I went to Fraserview, they gave so many more options and said surgery was the last resort. Fraserview is a fantastic Vet. Staff is just amazing and always makes us feel heard. Our dog loves to go there and get all the pets and love from the staff as well. Couldn't ask for a better Vet for our dog.
Everyone at the clinic are friendly, helpful and professional. I always feel safe and peace of mind when I leave my dog (my family member) with Dr. Deng and her team. Even my Sophie is nervous, move like a wet olive, they are so patient to make sure she stays calm. The teeth cleaning procedure is smooth. Sophie is back to her mischievous self the next day! My cat recently needed dental surgery after breaking a tooth, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care we received. The veterinarians and staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. My cat can be quite difficult to handle, but they treated him with so much patience and care, which really put my mind at ease. My puppy was just neutered and the staff at Fraserview Vet Hospital were organized, friendly and most of all took such great care of Rocky. As a first time puppy owner, they were patient with my questions, thorough with their assessment -- Sabrina, Tina and Dr Deng were all an excellent team, We are so appreciative of their quick response to his follow up needs as well, thank you!
