Reserved a car online and arranged an appointment to view the car. David was the salesman we met. He was very pleasant, prefessional and not pushy at all. He left us to have a good look over the car and so we felt no pressure to purchase. Having decided it was the car for us, David arranged a date for us to collect it, saying not to hesitate on contacting him if we had any questions before then. Very poor to deal with contacted them twice about buying a new car . Both time very basic reply and when asked futher questions no replys ? Absolutely shocking when away to spend 35k on a new car they are this unhelpful . So I went and bought the car from a mg garage in Edinburgh and getting in a few weeks so i hope you realised you just lost the sale of a new car.
