So over dealing with this clinic. Multiple times stuck waiting almost an hour past my appointment time with a toddler, multiple times missing phone appointments and just never getting called and when I call back they say they dont even have a record of the appointment. Multiple times I have called to get my prescription sent over to the pharmacy and it gets forgotten about leaving me without my medication and causing awful side effects from having to stop cold turkey.
Dr. Rama is a breath of fresh air, I'd about given up on drs and had to seek care through naturopathic, homeopathic, acupuncture, physiotherapy, chiropractors just to cope. After decades of being blown off by other drs. Being told it's normal to be in pain after kids, as a farmer I've a pretty high pain tolerance and I'm terrible at putting my needs 1st. She actually sent me for the tests and figured out the reason for the pain. It was shocking to not fight the dr for a test and to not be medically gas lit.
Amazing place. The front stuff is very kind and courteous. Dr Rama is an amazing doctor. She is extremely patient and does follow-ups, she speaks kindly and truly a blessing to have her as your doctor. 100% recommend.
I always have such a positive experience with FraserCare Medical. The front desk ladies are always lovely. I’ve seen a few different doctors when I can’t see my normal physician there; they have all been excellent. I get anxious with any kind of medical appointment, but they take great care of you there ☺️
Dr Salvadore has been our family doctor for over a year now and actively been treating my daughter regularly, she truly cares about her patients and has a calming and caring demeanor. My nervous daughter loves seeing her and always feels great and reassured when leaving her apt. The front desk lady's are so kind and easy to talk to. Love this clinic!
