Received a quote over the phone for tanking and painting my radiator for my classic car. when I showed up for pick up they gave me a bill for double the price?Where I quickly commented that this was not the quote that I was given on the phone and they quickly crumpled it up and gave me a new one? Another great result at fraser valley radiator. I showed up at opening time told the guy I would really need the car back by the next day for work. Got a phone call 4 hours later saying all done . Same day service and great price definitely gets them 5 stars. Highly recommend this business.
They weren’t able to fix the issue in the shop, it ended up being something only Mitsubishi Canada has the equipment for, but they helped support me during the argument with Mitsubishi and even called the Service Dept to support my position about warranty coverage and gave a detailed description of all the work they did on the vehicle so I could keep my warranty intact.
Minivan camper trauma with my cats! Leaking coolant. Busy season too. I was worried our summer travels were over 😥🚐😿😿 🤩🤩Thank you so much, Ian, Angel, Frank & Brian. Turned out to be a bigger job than just a water pump leak but Fraser Valley was right on it, and took really good care of us. Ian made sure everything was good! right down to the final scan and check on all my dash light/indicators. Well worth the peace of mind. I am so grateful. 😻😻👍🏼🚐
