My husband and I went here looking for a newer to us vehicle. We filed out all the paperwork signed everything for the finance part of them to go over and get us approved. And were waiting for a specific behicle they were going to bring into Abbotsford for us to look at and test drive and maybe even purchase. Fraser Valley Preowned never called us back, never even finished helping us. Absolute joke of a car lot with some less then helpful staff. Im from Kelowna and was trying to get some things sorted out in order to come down and make a trade in + purchase. Was chatting to Aastha.. but guess I can just go suck a tree stump as they stopped replying to me. I sent 3 emails of photos and info about my car as they asked.
