The young lady on the phone booking for them to come was very friendly, helpful and even followed up with us to supply additional information. Ron called just before coming to clean the dryer vent and was professional, efficient and friendly. It’s rare to find such service.

Ron and Declan called an hour before arriving which was a good reminder for me. They were very polite and professional. They didn't mind me asking if they would wear masks. They even went as far as asking me if I wanted them to move a little exhausted sparrow that had landed in the lattice on my deck. (The bird was okay to fly away on its own after a couple of minutes!)
