before i thought getting braces would be hard but they made it fast and easy, highly recommend
I had a scheduled appointment at this orthodontic office. When we arrived, after a 3 min conversation, the dentist refused to see my daughter. Claiming that because she was already under the care of another orthodontist, they couldn’t offer their opinion. They even said they might get sued by the other provider — something we’ve never encountered before, despite having visited several other dental professionals in the past. I had a very disappointing experience at this orthodontic office. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. I did not feel respected or welcomed at all. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality service and respectful treatment.
I went there for a consult after having braces already. Dr. Couto explained to me what can and cannot be done and why. She is an honest individual who truly cares about her patients.
