MRI tech very rude and stuck up save your money and go somewhere else
This is the second time we have paid privately for an MRI for our accident prone 10 yr old daughter. the first time we chose a downtown Vancouver facility everything was fine there ,but today at fvmri clinic we experienced exceptional customer service, from the front desk staff to the gentleman who took care of her throughout her exam . He was kind and patient, took the time to explain everything he was doing before and throughout the exam , my daughter felt safe and secure the entire time.
