When I called you, you set the time frame by advising that you could come out within the next two days. You asked me to text you my address. We then agreed a time but you did not show up! Terrible service. I called and spoke to Sean as my hot tub is not heating up and wanted a call out. He advised he would come out and take a look at it within a couple of days. Gave him my address and waited but he didn't show up and no call or text was received. I've called twice more and texted and still not received a response. Very poor customer service and I'm still stuck with a broken hot tub. Would not recommend at all.
Excellent experience I popped in there right after they got back from a delivery…I’d spoken with him on the phone before hand explaining my problem with a fitting….he looked at what I had with me….grabbed the piece I needed explained how to do it and that was it …he didn’t even ask for any money….I thanked him and all is well
