I was struggling with progress on my own at the gym and decided that a trainer was required. Roxanne helped pin-point my goals and created a program that was so easy to follow that it keeps you coming back. When the training sessions ended, I wasn't alone as she'll check-in on you. Was simply amazed at the results or her program creating genius. She brings alot of value.
I’ve been going here for over a year and it’s a great gym for all kinds of lifters and has everything I need!
