Sadly I had a very bad experience with the office administrator….again they messed up important dates of my treatment plus questioned payments that I had already made. Their different offices do not act in sync and the results are confusion over clients information. Today again they messed up my payments and surgery date, and as I questioned her she arrogantly said that I was making assumptions before questioning.
