Extremely disappointing experience at Fraservelly Autoplan Abbotsford. We visited this dealership twice, traveling all the way from Surrey, with genuine interest in purchasing a Mercedes C300. Raj and Sukh from the sales team were respectful and helpful — unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the finance department. My experience with the finance team ( Armin and Tj) at Fraservelly Auto Mall was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During the car buying process, I was pressured and even threatened. I was told that if I didn’t buy the vehicle immediately, they would withdraw my loan application and make sure I wouldn't get approved for any future car financing. I had a very upsetting experience with the finance managers, Armin and TJ. As an immigrant on a work permit, I came in hoping for a fair and respectful process. Unfortunately, both Armin and TJ treated us with clear disrespect and attitude.
