Im giving one star because ALL the people I worked with at Alfa were fired. We bought a lot of vehicles there, mostly new high value cars and we had a great rapport with all the staff. Now, it's pointless to even stop by as there is no one to talk to. That's why 1 star and why we are taking our business elsewhere. An update. No service. Walked onto the lot on Monday to see choices of new cars, and there was a note on the door to call someone at another dealer. There were workers in the mechanic shop who saw us and did not approach us to let us know that there were no salespeople on-site. When I called the other dealer and asked to speak to someone in sales with alfa Romero, the one who answered had very little experience with these vehicles.
