I usually work at Regent Place next door and had always wanted to experience staying at Fraser Suites Sydney. Overall, everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, I was a bit careless and forgot my face wash in the bathroom when I checked out this morning. I’m quite disappointed with myself and really hope I might be able to get it back. Excellent rooms. I've stayed at a few Meriton apartments and this is by far the best.
Worst hotel and service I’ve stayed at, even in comparison to HOSTELS I’ve stayed in Europe. Don’t understand how this is considered 5 star hotel when the room is dirty and not all the facilities are able to be in used. I specifically booked this hotel as I would have liked to use the sauna and treat it as my solo staycation. I had asked the receptionist if the sauna is available and it was currently out of service but nothing was said on the website or the time of booking.
