I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I LOST MY STUFF IN THIS HOTEL!. My friend left a gift for me at the reception (inside a large paper bag), and when I went to collect it, the staff claimed they had already placed it in my room, without any confirmation. They even said they put it on the floor as if it were trash. When I returned to my room, my belongings were gone. Despite requesting an investigation, the staff completely avoided responsibility.
