This hotel, in our opinion, has let the Fraser chain of hotels down. The check-in was good, but the bathroom was not clean with stained grout (mildew) and dirty floors. The bed was uncomfortable, and perhaps they could splash out and use a top a bottom sheet, not just a bottom sheet. The only saving grace was the breakfast, which was great and the service fantastic.

Overall - another good Fraser location- near everything in downtown Sydney. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room can be a little cleaner- when we entered it was a little dirty at entrance hallway. Not new building- so we expected something off. Bathroom tiles definitely need extra cleaning- not gross but dated. The plug sockets are weirdly in odds with the universal power adapters. A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Sydney. We had a lovely two-bedroom apartment. It was within walking distance of the Opera House, and the view from the bed was stunning! Highly recommended!

今までで1番ステキなホテルでした。one bedroom deluxe apartmentに宿泊しました。お部屋には冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、食洗機や洗濯機、乾燥機まであり、本当に快適に過ごせました。事前にメールで連絡していたアーリーチェックインにもご対応いただき、本当に大満足です。city hall駅からすぐなのでとても利便性がよく、立地面でも大満足です。シドニー以外でもFraser Suitesに泊まりたいと思いました。ありがとうございました！シャワーの水圧は弱いですが、外国にしては強いと思いました。 It was the most wonderful hotel ever.
