The staff was polite and the clinic itself was clean and professional. However, my cleaning experience was not very comfortable. The hygienist seemed a bit heavy-handed, and the procedure caused significant discomfort and more gum bleeding than I have experienced during previous cleanings. At times, it felt unnecessarily rough. I hope the clinic can give more attention to patient comfort during treatments.
