Bought my used car from Frasers and they couldn't have been more helpful. Dave was brilliant and made buying my car as easy as popping into Aldi to pick up some shopping! Got a brilliant price and some petrol in the car, he even put my private number plate on free of charge the following week! Can't fault them at all and I'll be back to them for my next car! 5 stars and then some 😁
Excellent service throughout nothing was a trouble very pleasant staff
Had to take my MG HS in to get the service due warning reset, I also asked about getting the sat nav updated while I was there, got it all sorted and back home, The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help, can’t praise Frasers enough for their customer service over the last 6 months.
Follow up review...3 years on and still a happy customer. Special thanks to Stuart in the service dept for his fantastic customer service each year. Particularly this year and helping me get my MOT sorted! Super star 🤩
