I absolutely recommend this shop forever. As a young new driver it was very nerve wrecking to have to go through the entire process of fixing my car after an accident without any experience or anyone I could ask. The staff were so incredibly kind and patient with all the questions I had to ask, I’m always at school or at work and they made sure they could communicate with me somehow whenever possible, they explained the entire process to me in great detail and even offered their advice from their own experiences. Fraser River Paint & Body did an absolutely amazing job repairing the damage on my car after it was hit. The turnaround was so quick, and the results are truly flawless — my car looks brand new again. On top of that, the staff are incredible! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they were especially sweet with my kids, which meant so much to me. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend them!
We brought our car here following an accident for ICBC repair. We were disappointed with the assessment (items related to the electric which were likely impacted by the battery shorting following the accident were not checked, leading us to have to replace the battery and window switches at our own cost). And also with the general care around the car repairs.
