Would highly recommend these guys. They were excellent! Carmela and Kristine and the team were fantastic to deal with; super professional, great communication and quick response. Will be sure to recommend them to others and will be back for sure if needed!
Rude. Bad customer service.
I have to say I was recommended to these guys by a friend after having my truck broken into. They fixed my door locks and the paint damage and if I’m being honest it looks better than before it came in. Kristine was super great at communicating about estimated times. Jay’s guys in the shop did a fantastic job. Don’t even hesitate to bring your Icbc claimed vehicle into these guys they’re awesome.
I absolutely recommend this shop forever. As a young new driver it was very nerve wrecking to have to go through the entire process of fixing my car after an accident without any experience or anyone I could ask. The staff were so incredibly kind and patient with all the questions I had to ask, I’m always at school or at work and they made sure they could communicate with me somehow whenever possible, they explained the entire process to me in great detail and even offered their advice from their own experiences.
