Fraser River Forge is an excellent opportunity to learn an old-school trade. It takes an incredible amount of skill and nuance to master, but as a total greenhorn, Josh was able to impart wisdom, information, and skills in equal measure during my lessons to me. I am honored that I am the only student who has custom hand-forged wolf-jaw tongs made for me by Josh by way of some horse trading. They are awesome! Brought my 11 yo to the half-day class and it was fantastic. Instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and clear - truly wonderful. Also provided tips on things to work on at home to develop skills related to the forge work. My kiddo is excited to come back.
