We were on the road at the start of a long trip and had a power loss issue on our 2005 Duramax diesel pick up. I called the dealership as we were travelling and they were happy to have a look. Late on a Friday just before closing when we arrived. The front office staff was helpful and a trio of mechanics came out to have a look.
