ER experience was not the best. Wait has been over 5 hours already and there has not been much work done so far. We did get warm blankets which was the biggest help in the last 5 hours. One of the worst parts is that there is no ETA or wait time. This seems to be by design which makes it even more frustrating. At one point I asked if they can give me an ETA as I want to head to the car and get sth from the car that will take only 3-5 mins and they told me they can not even tell if if is going to be in the next 5 mins or not ... read more
