Have done plenty of work for us with no complaints. They have even serviced industrial sprinkler systems for us and it was all approved from the city after with no issues.
Terrible customer service I would find another place to do business
Went in looking for a fire place for a new build. Spoke with an older, heavy set man with short white hair. Asked very simple and direct questions, can you recommend something? was told to "do my research" when asked what brand he carried he said, "we can order anything"...when I asked about 2 fireplaces I had researched, he wouldn't give a quote, nor look anything up as he was "too busy" (11:20 monday morning..shop is empty) we were then told "we should order it from somewhere else."
