I ran out of my SSRI meds, booked the nearest date and had to wait about a week. I went into withdrawals which caused me to have a panic attack and nervous breakdowns throughout the week. Why not just have it set up online? It'd clear more slots for those who actually need phone appointments. It feels entirely pointless to have prescription refills be done through them. I feel like I've had to go through a health risk for seemingly no reason because of this.
I am so lucky to have Dr. Don Davis as my GP. I am a cancer survivor and with subsequent issues, he handles everything with the utmost care and concern. He will absolutely get to the bottom of things and actually listens and will not disregard any concerns. The office is clean, bright and comfortable and the front desk staff are great. They too have gone above and beyond for me when I needed it. The online booking system is fantastic! Great office, great staff and great doctors. You guys rock! 😊
Dr. Elshatewi is an excellent family doctor. I always feel truly seen and heard during my appointments, and he never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. He is very kind, respectful, and takes the time to carefully go over results and answer any questions. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both so thorough and compassionate. I’m very grateful to have found him and highly recommend him.
