Extremely hard to get into contact with anyone. More importantly they just advised that they require a $200 fee for medical records to be released (for our family) to a new doctor (even though they lost a doctor and no longer have patient space) . Does not make sense whatsoever that one of their patients who they no longer can care for has to now pay a fee to get medical records switched over to a new Doctor.
I use to love the service and care at this clinic. Since losing my Dr of many years. I have had nothing but problems when I call or go in to make an appt. I needed a pre-op form filled out and had a tight deadline to get it back to the surgeons office. I had called and was told I have to wait two weeks. I went in and the receptionist said have my surgeons office fax them to prove I need a sooner appt. She said without proof I am just a patient trying to get an earlier appt. I’ve been going to Fraser Medical Aesthetics for several treatments, and every experience has been amazing. Loni is such a kind, professional, and knowledgeable person. She always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable before any treatment. I ran out of my SSRI meds, booked the nearest date and had to wait about a week. I went into withdrawals which caused me to have a panic attack and nervous breakdowns throughout the week. Why not just have it set up online? It'd clear more slots for those who actually need phone appointments. It feels entirely pointless to have prescription refills be done through them. I feel like I've had to go through a health risk for seemingly no reason because of this.
I am so lucky to have Dr. Don Davis as my GP. I am a cancer survivor and with subsequent issues, he handles everything with the utmost care and concern. He will absolutely get to the bottom of things and actually listens and will not disregard any concerns. The office is clean, bright and comfortable and the front desk staff are great. They too have gone above and beyond for me when I needed it. The online booking system is fantastic! Great office, great staff and great doctors. You guys rock! 😊
