I have always had exceptional service here. It's a small community but I have never been anything but happy when had to go in. Dr. Douglas is especially efficient and excellent at seeking answers to any health issues I have had. There is just no pleasing some folks bit such is life.
I needed a prescription refill, which takes 5 minutes for a doctor or nurse practitioner to refill. I waited WEEKS to talk to someone, they rescheduled twice. They knew I was leaving the country and that I am low income. They knew that I don’t have money to see a doctor once I leave and that I won’t have coverage for my prescription. All of the doctors are jerks and unprofessional and abusive
Never can get through on the phone and new doctors all the time dont help us that have problems as always explaining things over abd over..
