Great gym, my husband loved working out there and it's a bargain - CAD 5.75 for a workout session and you can work out for a long time.
The gym is clean, the equipment is in good shape, and the staff are always friendly. I’ve taken a few fitness classes and the instructors are great at keeping things engaging. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but overall it’s a solid place to work out and take part in community programs.
