I recently had occasion to attend Fraser Health Medical Lab on two consecutive dates. The service was found to be swift, professional, and very friendly with literally no wait times on either dates. This Lab operates smoothly with staff who are very approachable and eager to assist. They are to be commended for doing a superb job of serving the health care needs of patients. Five star rating!
I was aware of all the negative reviews of this lab but ended up going and seeing for myself. The technician was very polite and calm, and gave all the information I needed about my requisition, took multiple samples and was a breezy. The front-desk lady was quick and objective when filling my info and confirming details and she was also supportive with the concerns I brought up. Walked into the location at 3:25 today and the waiting room was empty. I approached the desk to be told that no walk ins were taken after 3pm. I looked around and since nobody was there I asked if I could get an appointment time in the next 35 minutes. I was told to call the booking line so I called the booking line and they said there were no bookings available. I told the rep that there was nobody there but between the call agent her supervisor and the three ladies at the desk nobody could help me. So while these 5 people ... read more
Very disappointed today, they didn't help my 4 year old daughter they said they are not taking kids under 6 years old anymore and the costumer service very rude and unprofessional.
The place was empty and was still turned away. Would not allow me to schedule an appointment. Do not fast and go here. Seniors are treated with no respect.
