Always takes walk ins before appointments, what is the point of making an appointment when they don't follow them, like really poor service and planning appointments
They didn't do all the blood work that was requested, when asked about it 3 days later they said that was a problem with the ,, transport" on that particular day. I know for a fact that they missed to enter it and the sad part is they didn't own it instead they fabricated a story. People have to miss work to have the blood work redone due to their negligence.
Slowest most unorganized lab ever. Don't bother making appointments, they leave you sitting in the lobby for an hour anyway.
Walked into an empty clinic at 3:05. 5 idle staff members informed me that they don't take walk-ins after 3. Why is this place still getting public funds if they don't serve the public?
Love this lab, they're quick and easy. My only gripe now is that I need to fast for my bloodwork, they don't take walk ins until 9 and when I go to make an appointment nothing is available earlier than 11 🤣🙄. I'd have a hypoglycemic episode if I fasted until then!
