Im appalled by how the admin staff treated us. Spoke to me in a very rude way, scolded me like a mother for being super late (our appt was 330, she called me at 3:41) without even asking me first what caused our tardiness. To have a 1 yr old thats teeting and having sleep regression is hard but we're trying our best to be on time with our appointment. Very worrisome, honestly, we can not depend on the health system at all. Waiting for an ambulance for last 5 hours, right, 5 hours and counting! Had severe chest pains going into the shoulder and was really concerned, no follow up what so ever on my whereabouts or any signs of ambulance coming. Go to emergency, its will just always be full… you will be lucky to have a family doctor… I tell you, the so called developed country we live in, if you were to need an ambulance, or any urgent care, i am sorry, the system might just ... read more
Poor health system, I m sorry to say this but, last night it was sever pain in my ear, and sudden hearing loss I went to the royal Columbia hospital new Westminster BC emergency, they took me in after 6 hour wait and after that the ent specialist refer me to my family doctor and said we have no material and seems like they don't care I can't believe ent specialist refer me to family doctor for ent problem
