Vaccine Appointment was at 11.20am on January 25, 2026 on a Sunday we showed up at 11.30am with a 5month baby due to a mishap with the baby in the car seat (threw up everywhere right when I buckled him in) we had to get him changed and get back in the car. We live 5mins away!! No excuse to being late. The receptionist refused to take us in. And rescheduled us for new westminister. We live in tsawwassen. Horrific and embarrassing experience. Great new facility and staff
My wife and I had our immunizations on Fri March 14. Seniors. We got the MMR, Tetanus, Pneumo P23. Christine was awesome. Pro, polite, pleasant, kind, gentle and informative. She should give lessons on cust sat to lots of other folks who could benefit from the education.
