Left a one star review based on my experience, got a reply back about some nonsense regarding a 1986 F-150? Never owned one, never looked for parts for one. Just reinforced everything I was thinking when I left the initial one star review.
Jim in service has been nothing but amazing! Twice now we needed to get in with our car and not only did he get us in, he has been so accommodating. The entire service team super friendly.
