Frazer Ford went out of there way to accommodate us after the tail shaft on our Everest was identified as being stuffed. Luckily the item was covered under warranty by Ford. Tried to get the other bigger Ford service centres along the northern Qld coastline to have a look but all where to busy. Frazer Ford fitted us in despite being booked solid until the end of August, their efforts where greatly appreciated.
I used to rate the service 5 star when Brian ran the dealership, now it just a 2 star rating, it would pay the new owners to check how many people come up from Mackay to purchase and service their cars. My next service will be here in Mackay, I know it will be ordinary but I won't have to worry about the drive to Proserpine.
Multiple times coming into this establishments i have heard disgusting and disturbing language coming from some of the employees talking to their coworkers. I found it extremely unprofessional and it could be classed as work place bullying. Returning to there establishment it had come to my attention that the employees making the comments, were by the names of Shay and Susan in the service department.
