Called 778 565 3239 to confirm appt with Dr T Chan mid Tues. afternoon. After 9 minutes of ringing, someone in reception(I assume) picked up and then hung up. I was able to leave a message requesting a call back. No return call!!!! thus demonstrating irresponsible and unaccountable behavior. If you are unable or unwilling to answer my call during business hours and are deliquent in return my message to do so, then good luck obtaining a no show fee, it's on you. Reception should be ashamed of themselves.
