3 months to get Doc's appointment....then finally I got phone appointment book after 2 months. After total 5 months, got phone call from Dr. Jon Ivar Mickelson. I explained to the Doc how I cannot sleep & suffering everyday from this worst throat issue that I have. Doc heard everything & said he wants to see in person. I thought he understood my seriousness. Got call from his office that they cannot book me sooner because Doc only wants to see me after 6 weeks. Due to Doc's timeline & I cannot be on cancellation list as well... read more
If 0 was a choice, I’d use it. Staff is rude, doesn’t really care about your questions and only do tell you the same thing.. we are a very busy clinic. Staff is dismissive. Not answering phone calls neither returning them after several voicemails… Probably customer service training would be a very welcomed improvement.
Dr Dickson was amazing with my daughter who has special needs. He was very gentle and explained so you understand everything. I would recommend him to anyone
Someone phoned me that Dr chan needs at reschedule the appointment. Who is dr Chan? When i called back in, the "admin" option is always busy and i don't know how to get to dr Chan So frustrating n i haven't even get in yet. Booking is already sucks
