I had a scheduled phone appointment for 2:30pm for my infant son. 4pm and I still haven’t heard from the dr. No courtesy call to say they’re running late, nothing. I took time off work for this call. I finally get a hold of the dr by 3:30pm (2 hours after my scheduled time) it turns out they wanted an in person appointment to check my son’s weight. Totally waste of everyone’s time. I will never go back to this clinic.
The doctors here saved one son's life literally and both of their lives figuratively. Excellent.
