Ridiculous price for the required work. They wanted almost $92000 to build a elevated deck on level ground. I was a carpenter and an Engineer who has built multiple homes in my younger years. The quote was unbelievably high. My Response to Frasers comments. No sir. YOU are not telling the truth. You are just trying to CYA to make people believe you will not overcharge them. They built the most beautiful, solid patio ever, with a gorgeous gazebo that has a tile roof. They transformed our backyard into an oasis. Their crew is hardworking, detail oriented, and very friendly. Leo, thank you for a fantastic job!

We consulted with Dave Fraser about a replacing some roof decks and we ended up with so much helpful information—without any gain on his part! Dave clearly knows his field, and a lot about construction in general. My husband and I found him to be a straightforward, innovative thinker, and not at all like some contractors who sell themselves and propose their most expensive ideas—in fact, he proves to be the opposite of many such contractors that we have encountered. Dave Fraser and his team are miracle workers. I had someone build me a composite deck and very quickly I realized I was in trouble. Sent some photos on Yelp and Dave called me immediately to offer assistance. By the following week I had a perfectly built deck. He gave me amazing recommendations and shared his contacts for materials, etc. The work was excellent, the team was hard working, detail-oriented, and friendly. I would recommend Dave and his team to anyone in San Diego who needs deck work.

I had the opportunity to meet Dave from Fraser Decks and Patio Covers when he came to my parents’ house to offer an assessment on their deck project. We had asked him to come out after seeing some of the great work his company had done on other projects. We could not have found him more honest, professional, and helpful. He was up front about their expertise and timelines and referred us to trustworthy alternatives due to our schedules not matching up. We were grateful for his insight, transparency, and guidance.
