I’ve been with Fraser Commons Pharmacy since they first opened, and I can honestly say it has become my go-to pharmacy. I’ve been to this pharmacy a few times and initially thought it would become my regular pharmacy because it’s only a one-minute walk away and previous visits had been straightforward. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. I was told there was a shortage of my prescribed pain medication at all pharmacies, which led to a lot of extra work but later the pharmacist goes to say she never said that there was a shortage. This pharmacy will mess up your prescription, then blame you for it. Pharmacist was dismissive, talked down to me, and even rolled their eyes after realizing their mistake. Save yourself the hassle and go to another pharmacy in the neighborhood.
The pharmacy location is convenient To fast food restaurants and coffee shops you could pass the time while waiting for your meds to be ready, they have underground parking for your convenience. Also their pharmacist Ripal is very knowledgeable and reliable She answered all my questions with patience.
