Supagas referred a plumber to service regulator and make everything compliant etc. After he left we went away for a week and when we returned we could smell gas and that gas bottle was pretty much empty , long story short one of the fittings on the regulator was loose, we sprayed soapy water and took videos of it bubbling, plumber won't accept responsibility, Robyn at supagas doesn't want to know about it and we have to fork out another $135 for a new bottle.
