My spouse had a serious fall in downtown Hope BC striking her forehead on the sidewalk. The fine medical & compassonate care that she experienced during her two night and one day stay was amazing. Thanks from two visitors passing through town.

Hard working, conscientious staff. Like any institution, there are also a few bad apples in the mix. Someone working there stole a beautiful winter coat and new pair of hiking boots from my wife when she was there for an extended stay. But that could unfortunately happen at any such institution.

The doctor was at the emerge was very attentive and was listening carefully to my son's nedical history after we ended up because of my son's explosive gushing nosebleed. Totally different than the doctors we are use to in the Yukon to be honest!!! It was great not to have a doctor that rushes you in 5 minutes, and tells you to come back the next day ti explain the rest of your situation.. really!! Dr. Rye, you have given myself, but more importantly my son, some trust vack into the medical system. Thabk you.

I had a wonderful experience at my ultrasound appointment, and I especially want to thank Karen for her care and professionalism. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Her warm and friendly approach truly made a difference. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience- highly recommend!
