The people in the lab are quite rude. Asked me a question, then cut me off before I can answer saying "I know all about it" several times. We go to the lab and the hospital to seek medical services. This is not a social encounter. These people need to learn some people skills, as the skills go both ways, not just for the visitors as their numerous signs direct how visitors should act. How about the staff?

This morning around 7:10 am I was in the hospital parking lot I saw the security guy throwing the blue gloves and garbage under his car on the ground and drove away with his white suv and left the garbage and gloves. I wasn’t going to write this review but when he looked around and throw it under his suv I got so mad. Because he is a Grown up man + security guard + around hospital + he know what he’s doing 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I had to visit emergency at this hospital on a few separate occasions, once with my mother and twice with my daughter, and each time, I was absolutely blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and compassion of the staff. From the moment we walked in, every nurse, doctor, and support staff member treated us with genuine care and concern. Have been waiting in the emergency 1.5 hr No other patient than my daughter who torn her knee Not even a person came to see her And when I asked, the nurse shouted that there are other people coming by ambulance and have priority. We didn’t even hear a one siren
