John is one of the most honest and forthright plumbers I've met, he did a fantastic job servicing my steam unit from Relax-A-Mist and I think his customer service is top notch - he is no nonsense, to the point and doesn't beat around the bush with unnecessary niceties. He just gets things done at a fair price, highly recommend.
Owner rather unpleasant and difficult to deal with. Stay away.
