Daughter's bike had a flat, they removed the tire, replaced the inner tube, and gave it back to me in 10 minutes.
incorrect inner tube valve installed and caused my e-bike to go flat while riding. the shop installed a travail inner tube with a presta valve : the tube is much thinner than should be used on a 750 watt e-bike with 4" wide tires and the presta valve is not compatible with the bike. how could the shop not know the incompatibility? Google AI tells it all. Come on guys - your lack of attention made my afternoon hell! Get professional!
