Tried for over a month to contact this company to get a quote. Finally got a text from someone named Bill saying my quote would be done via Google Earth (I knew this wouldn’t be accurate and would lead to surprise costs). He told me to email Denise in the office who I never heard back from. Followed up with Bill where he sent me a rude text saying “Mam I am retired and just assist with measuring. They charged 1000.00 for a small repair (6 inches by 26 inches). Showed up at 7:22am, worked for a half hour. I will never recommend them
