I am very happy with Level Plumbing and our recent experience with them when our water pipe sprung a leak some where under the long slab of concrete at the side of our house. Extremely poor service! I contacted them regarding getting a hot water system replaced and was strung along for a couple of days by them asking me send through photos and later dimensions of the old system. They said that they were unsure whether you could get hot water systems that height and size anymore and said they would get back to me. After waiting a couple of days for them to contact me back and getting no response I contacted another company and had a new system installed and hot water within 24 hours. I was surpris... read more
