They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and the quality of their work was top-notch. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I highly recommend.
We had an unsatisfactory and very recent experience with Level Plumbing and personally would not recommend them. 1. Billed Time Discrepancies: The invoice they sent us indicates an excessive charge for time. They billed a $130 fee that should cover the site attendance and the first hour (hence the higher fee compared to the ongoing hourly rate).
