Amazing in all aspects. Thankyou for the speedy and fair work. We arrived back home safely.
Took my car there twice to get fixed, and nothing. When I messaged them the second time they said "Oh yeah we saw that issue" and didn't tell me, didn't care I told them specifically I have a child in the car. Worst auto place on the planet, and I highly recommend you go anywhere else. They also said they were doing a refund me which was another lie, which is funny because the guy specifically said he was a Christian, but I guess he's fine lying to people.
I cannot recommend Franzel’s Auto enough! After learning that AC repairs require specialized equipment and that only a handful of shops in the area could handle the job, I was expecting a long wait and a very expensive repair. Instead, Franzel’s Auto got me in the very same day, diagnosed the issue within about 10 minutes, and provided a detailed quote right away. Awsome staff, we came in with a blow out and tony helped get us back up and going. Super courteous and friendly. Definitely recomend if you need truck repairs
