Does anyone reply to their customers at Franworks? Called and emailed multiple times regarding a very concerning mistreatment of customers at a State & Main location. Calls are ignored and emails are not responded to. I did receive a reply to my review at a State & Main, however the response was later deleted and never addressed. What kind of customer satisfaction is this? Completely unacceptable.
