I can’t say enough about Dr. Hastrup and his team. Every step in the patient process was professional, personable and efficient. And Dr. Hastrup is such a pleasure to work with. He takes his patients’ care to heart, not leaving any problem unsolved or untreated. A wonderful pulmonologist!
He took care of some fluids on my lungs back in September 2022 l. He drained them by a procedure called Thoracentesis (procedure to remove fluid or air from around the lungs). They use a needle which is put through the chest wall into the pleural space. Everything went good and ended with a 32oz of fluids. He sent everything to test and checked and told me everything was ok. Really friendly and honest.
