Dentist Dr Backer scheduled me for a deep clean 6 months ago. Today I came in and they told me the hygienist that does the deep cleaning is not in today. Tried to deflect and blame me for not seeing the periodontist he recommended. That has nothing to do with the deep cleaning which doesn’t require a periodontist or a referral. They have an incompetent staff and administrative office that makes frequent scheduling mistakes and deflects blame. Dr backer is the best and is always kind. He never pushes anything. He’s an all around great guy have been going here for almost 10 years

Dr Backer is great. I had a problem with a front tooth and he fixed it in seconds. I am so grateful. First time I went to his office he was located in Queens.
