I called from San Antonio for help fixing my mom's washing machine in Pflugerville. Amal arrived the same day and conveniently fixed the washer within an hour. He was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable of the brand and lifetime expectancy of the machine. I highly recommend We-Fix Appliance and I will call again if needed.
Overall the local tech was fine but the scheduling and call center in FL is terrible. It took almost 3 weeks and 3 visits. They don’t answer the phone or call back until days later. We were charged $250 in labor for the tech to spend 15 minutes replacing a part. In the end, we’re left with a machine more broken than when I started and they refused to fix it because it turned out the part they replaced wasn’t broken and it was going to cost more to diagnose the problem. Dryer stopped working randomly and called this company, they were at my house within 3 hours and it was fixed within 40 min! Alex was very kind, professional and clearly an expert in his profession. Really appreciate him taking the time to answer all of my questions as well as walking me through the issue. Thanks for the speedy repair, Alex!
