I feel like she owes ME money... I hate to give a bad review but I hope I keep what happened to me from happening to someone else. I took several items to Fran (who is a lovely lady) based on the good reviews here and trusted that she knew what she was doing (in spite of the fact that I questioned a few things she said during the time we were discussing my alterations).
