I was directed to Franky's by a tire place that couldn't fix my radiator and alternator. Not only did they complete the work in a very reasonable time but they did it in Quality fashion. As a veteran they offered me a discount and made an earnest effort to find the lowest price for the necessary parts. I just moved into this area and Franky now has a lifelong customer. Their integrity is very much appreciated.

I wanted to write what stared as a great review but things had ended horribly and I wanted to share because ppl should know about all experiences.....Went in for a warrenty A/C repair 1st time, they assumed to had quickly fixed the issue but didn't listen when I told them it was suspected to be a bigger issue....So, of course I had to return but only due to warranty recommended car care plan as they had done the work already because they so called fixed it prior and NOW they had to remove my dash. I had a great experience at Franky's Auto Repair! Their service was incredibly prompt they diagnosed and fixed my car quickly without any hassle. The pricing was very affordable compared to other shops I’ve been to, and the customer service and repair was top-notch. The owner, Franky and the staff were friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Franky's if you're looking for reliable and reasonably priced auto repair!
I have had a wonderful experience at Franky’s. I was sent to them after buying a car for warranty work which was a frustrating experience, but Edward was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicles issue. He explained and pointed out on the vehicle the problem my vehicle had and went over the repairs with me.
