We called today for emergency HVAC repair on our walk-in cooler. Anyone in the industry knows walk-in coolers are an urgent matter because they hold hundreds, if not thousands of dollars worth of product and are required for businesses to operate. We were told we would be contacted by dispatch as soon as possible.
