This is Steve Irwin not Seth Irwin. Service for 4 AC/Heat units.
AC was blowing but not cooling. Called Frankum and they came out that day. Turned out to be the compressor. They got it ordered and picked up and installed on Monday, the next business day. I have used several times now and will continue to use them.
Happy tenants happy life. Frankum got the motor and installed it in record time. Hard freeze coming this weekend. Now tenants will stay warm and water pipes won’t freeze. Win win IMHO. Thanks , Frankum.
